FAQ

I Got a Charge On My Card That Says "SP DUCKSILENT"

Yes, "SP DUCKSILENT" is our current bank statement descriptor, this is what may appear on your statement. That means the charge is legitimate and comes from us. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes, you can. The customer has 14 days after product purchase to request a cancellation or refund.

Orders that have not shipped yet are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are fully refundable.

Orders that have already shipped or arrived will be subject to a 30% restocking fee within the 14-day window.

Once 14 days have elapsed, no refunds will be provided.

We will waive the restocking fee if the product arrived faulty or damaged. All returns for personal reasons are subject to the 30% restocking fee. Depending on your location, we may provide a return shipping label, but in most cases you will need to ship the item back to a return address provided by our team via email.
